Every morning I wake up between 6:30 and 7:00, but I always end up lying in bed untill 10 am.

How can I get the drive to get out of bed sooner?

  1. no ones born with drive and nobody wants to wake up in the morning you just do it no other option i mean that kindly of course

  2. Ever heard of self motivation, try it sometime.

  3. Why would you wan to do that ?

  4. Have something to wake up to. Usually stuff important as school or work will make you get up early. Try to motivate yourself by saying you are going to exercise in the mourning or make breakfast or clean the house to get up. I know I wake up around 6-7am but don't get up that time, I usually  get up around 10 and I got up around 12:20 today. I keep telling myself I am going to bike to the gym in the mourning but it is quite difficult.

  5. 1. Find the correct time to sleep. What time you should sleep just enough rest for your body to wake up?

    2. Before sleep, remind yourself to wake up at 6:30 to 7:00 moment. Instead of thinking of the time, think of moment how 6:30 to 7:00 feel or look like. The four senses will look out for the temperature, level of light and sound, and freshness of air of that 6:30 to 7:00 moment while you sleep. I called it the sub-conscious alarm. (It will not work if your body needs too much rest).

Oh, i just miss your question... haha

Just stand up and hang on to something as soon as you awake. After a few mins, you will "wake up".
