You may dial this way.

~ your international code .e.g : 00 ( international code) 60 ( Malaysia country code) follow by Hotlink Cell phone number.either 17 or 12.

for example if the cellphone number is 017- 1234567. The dialing sequent is 00 60 17 1234567

or if the number is 012 1234567 then the dialing is

00 60 12 1234567

Please note or check with your local telco , what is the international dialing code . This is because certain country use the prefix "00" some use "01"
