How do I disable sending e-mails for the Yahoo! Group Polls?

Whenever a poll is made, an e-mail is sent to the entire group. Is there any way I can disable that?

  1. I believe the only option is to disable Polls.  

    Why would you want to start a poll, and then not have the members know about it?????


  2. when creating a poll, it doesn't look as if there is an option for that. sorry. it seems default is a group would want to announce it
