How do I disinfect a harmonica?

Basically, you can't get water in it, so what I used to do when I played the harmonica, was to have a little basin of water and disinfectant, then hold the reed chamber area down into the water for a little while, maybe a minute. That should be good enough (if you don't share the harmonica with anyone...).
