  1. burn it then put it chuck it away or use a sledgehammer and break it then dump it

  2. neghibours backgarden

  3. Your local computor shop should take it back ask the big stores like comets am sure there be glad to help never dump alway recycle

  4. Take it too a council disposal unit.

  5. recycle

  6. You have said it does not work so reuse, passing it on is out of the question.

At your local recycling centre there will be an allocated area you can take it to. It will be broken down into compnent parts and mostly reused for materials.

  7. Depending on where you live there will generally be numerous options for disposing of your old monitor. In many cases there are specific computer and "e-waste" recycling companies in a city, though the chance of finding one of these in a town decreases with the town's population.

So, if you are not in a large city with this as an option, I would suggest that you either give it away for free, as there are many people that are willing to take older computer parts/monitors, or else hold onto it for a little bit longer until you are presented with the chance to dispose of the unit in an eco-friendly manner.

I only suggest that you hold onto it, because of the heavy metal components found inside of older CRT screens.

As a last resort, you may consider contacting a municipal or county/regional government office to enquire as to their suggested manner of disposing of the monitor.

    Hope that helps.
