How do I dissolve / suspend a limited company?

Hi All! I'm a cretin. I incorporated a limited company about 12 months ago and did nothing with it. I would now like to either suspend or dissolve it and don't know how.

Have you googled it? I came up with this page with 5 secs which tells you how to have it struck off the Companies House register.
