How do I do a graph for these results??

Question

I have to graph these results in a table;

Name Pulse rate before Pulse rate after Changes in pulse rate

Cait 74 79 5

Pete 97 120 23

Ben 67 75 8

Ash 76 88 12

Can I just to one graph? Or do I do three? What type of graph do I do?

you could do one bar graph with 2 bars for each person

so on the y axis you could plot the pulse rate going upwards

and then on the x axis you could have the 4 names going across and for each person you have 2 bars,one for the rate before and one for the rate after.

you dont need to do three because if you do the graph like as stated above,one could read the change in pulse rate by just looking at it.
