How do I do a leave-in conditioner?

My hair dresser said that I can use any type of conditioner, but I'm not exactly sure how to do it. Help?

well a leave in conditioner is basicalli like hairspray .. just spray it on ure head after you come out of the shower and go on with ure day .. i suggest you use "aussie sydney smooth leave in conditioner + heat protector" it works great and smells aussiem :D

After you do your normal wash and condition, you just work the leave-in through your hair with your hands. You don't have to put it in right away, just make sure you put it in while your hair is still damp. Then just style it as usual. Also, there are liquid and cream leave-in's, so some you spray directly on your hair. I prefer the creams because they seem to be more moisturizing.

are you sure you want to do a leave-in conditioner?? they make your hair extremely greasy

for a leave in conditioner after you take your shower put it in your hair and dont wash it out.

Leave in conditioner- After shampooing, and normal conditioning step out of the shower and apply some leave-in conditioner to DAMP hair, do not rinse. Just don't use to much or your hair might be greasy!!

Deep conditioning- Apply product after shampooing, leave in hair for 3-5 minutes, and rinse.

Hair mask- Apply product to hair, leave on for 5-7 minutes, scrub scalp, rinse.

well i like to use pantene's leave on conditioner.. just pat down your hair after you get out of the shower and then get enough that you can put through most of your hair..
