    Also, isn't curling ice a bit rough to skate on???


  2. Jeff Stoughton style? A tuck delivery helps, but basically just push out of the hack off-line.

  3. stand on you tip to and move you body in a circle

  4. try it on a regular ice skating place, not in a curling place, and you will find much more sucess
