How do I do a search for folks in a specific area?

Would like to search for folks within my area or other areas to chat with. Does anyone know how to do this? The older version had the options of giving city name or distance.

There are so many chatting sites  like ICQ, MIRC, hi5, hikut, wayn, you can chat on line and can find people from your area. visit these web sites and register with them.
