When you rise on pointe you kinda "crawl" up; Ur heal comes up and you HIT demi pointe then once at demi pointe you cont. going up ;)

Releva (rel-la-vay) Is when you shoot up on pointe so you feet move together a lil bit. my teacher says its like you being sucked but a straw!

if you need more help ask ur teachers!  they are there to teacher you so dont hold back if you need somthing
