  1. The best thing you can do is to check out "eye makeup tutorials" on YouTube to see exactly what some people do.

For brown eyes, I like bronze and purple colors.

  2. its not just the brand but how good you are at it.

i buy cheap brand and they work just as good for me.

use teal/light blue colors.get the like mushy luidier rather then power type eyeshadow.

Covergirl eyeliner or pretty much any eyeliner works welll.

  3. i have brown eyes and love experimenting on them, i wear pink mostly browns and blues too.

revlon and w7 are really good makes. if you want to do eyeliner must have a steady hand if you dont wana poke your eyes out lol good luck

  4. L'Oreal Voluminous Eyeliner is the best!  It's easy to figure out.  http://www.associatedcontent.com/article...

It lasts all day and it doesn't flake.  I love it!

  5. I think smokey eyes look really good with brown colore eyes.

    here's how you do it.

    1. i first use what is called eyeshadow primer from urban decay.

(it's an eyshadow base, it basically just makes eyeshadows stay on longer.)

2.then i use a really light shadow to even out the skin tone. (i use an eyeshadow called butter from smash box. it works really well.)

3.then i use a pretty goldish tone glitter and put that all over my eye lid.(i use true gold from bare minerals)

    4. then i use a dark brown and put it on just half of my eye lid.

(i use Twice Baked from Urban Decay)

    5. next i use a deep purple and just brush it on to the crease of my eye lid. this gives it the "smokey" eye effect. i use purple because it's not as harsh as a gray or black color.

(i use Cocoa Berry from red earth.)

    6. Finally i take a brush and mix all the shadows together. it's called blending.

So Ta-Da! you got your self a smokey eye.

and if you want to use eyeliner i would choose a soft black. and rub it on inside of your eye lashes. but if you don't want to use a black because it would be to harsh, then i would choose a deep brown color for eye liner.

(my favorite eye liner is from urban decay. it's called 24/7 glide-on pencil in the color zero.)

    hope i've helped...good luck!

    :)

  6. Check out some tutorials on eye make-up but the best way to achieve the perfect look that your happy with if through experience. I say grab a few eye shadows and brown and black pencil eye liner and experiment to see what looks good and what doesn't.

    However i cant say what color looks best bu my mums a beautician and i do mine (from her) in a few tips;

    - Use a light base color firstly

    - Add a medium or go straight to your dark color but dont make the jump too extreme from the light color to the dark.

    - Blend it together so you get a nicer, softer look. (use an eyeliner brush)

    - you can experiment here and see how you like to add color (i usally blend it together and then put more of the darkest shade on the tip of my eye lide

    - use a brown or black eye pencil on the top (i dont do this though) i just have it at the bottom on on the corners. brown is more casual though.

    - then you can always blend the eyeliner in to the eye shadow to egt a soft look.

erh, i cant think of anything else lols. Oh yeah. add mascara (maxfactor) is what i tend to use.

just keep trying and your'll find the perfect look for you soon :D  hope it helped

  7. choose colors that go best with your skin color and hair color and what you are wearing. make sure it looks smokey. i always tink that is a good idea..

  8. Almay has sets of shadow/mascara/liner for different color eyes with tips on the back on how to use them.  The one for brown eyes has purple and brown shadow with purple liner and mascara.  I really like using them. The liquid liner that came with it has a slight shimmer to it which really helps your eyes pop.

Also gold/olive looks great with brown eyes.  And using eyeshadows in warm tones (warm purple, olive greens, sometimes dark blue/navy) as eyeliners by wetting a pointed makeup q-tip and then a shimmer brown shadow over works really well.  If you have darker hair a black mascara or lighter hair brown.

If your skin is a color tone, you could probably pull off a more aqua toned blue.

  9. i think you should get lite pink eyeshadow.

and lite brown eyeliner but only wear it on the bottom,.

    mascara(black)

  10. I really like Urban Decay eye makeup (their shadows and liquid eyeliners are amazing!) and also Barry M eyeliners too.

Xsparkage on Youtube inspired me to get more experimental with eye makeup, she's really fun to watch too. I've included a link to her her channel below.

  11. Use a lot of blending with your shadows but make sure the colors look good together. (i.e. golds, browns and bronze) Really, any brands are good. I've never come accross a brand that gave me a really hard time. With eyeliner, It always looks best to use on the bottom waterline. Goodluck!

  12. for brown eyes, neutral colors are the way to go, since you already have dark eyes.

a pretty pink would look awesome for daytime glow.

for evening, purples really make brown pop. put dark on the outer part of your eye, then a light shimmer along the brow bown and in the tear dots. it will look amazing!

if you want liner, do it along the outside of the bottom lid, but only about halfway through. like where your lashes stop at the bottom.

it makes your eyes look bigger. going all the way around your eye makes them look smaller.

  13. One brand that I like is Urban Decay. A nice neutral color that adds a sparkle to your lids is "midnight cowboy rides again". I use it all the time and I have hazel eyes. For a more subtle color try "YDK" in the same brand. Also dont apply too much eyeliner because it can cause your eyes to appear smaller. Try the "lashblast" mascara by covergirl (its in an orange tube) and apply a very thin line of eyeliner under your bottom lashes.

    good luk!

  15. I have very blue eyes, so I'm not sure how to go about brown- I'd suggest smoky eye-shadows which always look good with dark eyes. As for eyeliners; a thin line on the bottom lid, just above the eyelashes, and a slightly thicker line on the upper lid, going along the lash-line and above.
