  1. The key to getting this done right is in your starting position.

Start in an ollie position and then slide your front foot towards the nearest rail, so it is slightly slanted backwards.  Your toes should be just below the truck bolts.

Do your ollie as you normally would, keeping your front foot position.

Once you're up in the air, flick your front foot off the edge of the board, this will make the board spin.

Lift both legs up, angling them ready for the landing, trying to keep your feet above the truck bolts at all times.

Plant both feet on the board at the same time, over the trucks for extra stability.

    Practice, practice and practice!

  2. If you can, watch the first scene in Yeah Right! Notice how what the BACK foot is doing.  The back foot can be used to pressure the toe side edge and create a spring loading effect.  Your back foot can also move backwards to counter the friction of your front foot.  When you flick your front foot and just lift your back foot straight up, your board may tend to land out in front of you and out of reach of your back foot.

If you fail, think about how you landed and try to change your foot position or your flick angle or where you are focusing.  Just don't keep trying it the same way over and over again if you fail.  Have fun.

  3. If you mean skateboarding, go to www.skateboard-city.com.  If you're talking about wakeboarding, I can't help you:(.
