How do I do my eyes like...

I really like the colors that she uses, but I'm black, so I don't really know if they'd look good on me.

I have sorta like brown eyes, and brown skin, how could I make mine look like that ? Like what colors, and how to apply?

Idk HMMMM PUT Blue liner on your bottom lids jsut a guess

looks like blue liner! darker, navy on inside line, and lighter on the outside...sweep over some shimmery blue shadow, on the bottom line. I think green would look good also. have u tried the high pigment colours?

maybe u should purple eyeliner, it would look pretty

use a bright blue eyeliner and maybe some blue mascara
