How do I do my hair with...?

I had my haircut shorter, A line. (shorter in the back and longer in the front) It is alittle past my chin in the front and about 3 inches from my scalp in the back. I got the cut so I could do more of a straight, edgy, look with volume but I can't do it. I just can't figure out what I am doing wrong. I want it like the bally commercial with the pussycat dolls in it. (the blonde one with short hair) I have blow dried it upside down, used wax, volume spray, etc. but I cant really get it the way I want. Any help?

tease it a bit underneath to add volume and then use hair spray

u should go to a stylist and ask some proffesional help. also if u flip your hair and down like a rocker by like bobbing your head it could help also u should spray the volume spray near the roots it works better that way using moose would also help for puffing it up and getting it volume
