How do I do the Boethiah shrine in morrowind?

swim out west of Gnaar Mak and find the shrine in the water.

It will tell you to go to an Orcish statue maker in Caldera (I think....maybe Pelagiad)

Go talk to him and he will need money and a book.  You can get the book from most book stores.

Take Orc guy (upstairs from the Creeper) the book and money and he will leave to the site (by Gnaar Mak) and begin building the statue...which will take about a week.

Then you get the best sword in the game...the mighty Goldbrand.
