How do I do the finances in nhl 08?

Question

I have NHL 08 on the Xbox 360. During my dynastys i am always the bottom of the list in profit ranking...I've tried hgih ticket prices, low tickets prices, more giveaways etc. however my average season attendance is around 2000 each year...Am i missing something here?

Only wat to have it is constant upgrades to your arena that bring profits and low player salerys.
