I like this photo but no matter what I do it wont turn out like this one.any help?

hey that was  Adobe photoshop's work,even i can do like that

The flash must have been really strong, so try holding the camera closer to your face, and getting a lot of bright lights in the room.

You can also ajust the brightness using photo editors.

Check the lighting and make sure it was the same as the other one was. And see if you have flash on?
