How do I do this look?

I'm going to a party and you have to dress 'brightly'. So I have my clothes and I found a makeup look I like but I am not sure how to do it, as I usually do neutral looks. I have a load of makeup and I went and got a super cheap eyeshadow.

That look is horrible. If your a pretty girl don't ruin it looking like that. If you don't think your pretty then looking like that isn't going to help.  The whole idea of make-up is to enhance not take away. After you put your make-up on, hold your hands over your eyes for a few seconds and then take them away while looking in a mirror. What ever jumps out first, you have to much make up on that area so take a little off. You want to look classy not trashy.

Liquid black eyeliner-- Make an outline around your eye like the girls in the picture then fill it in- simple

Then for the eyeshadow take a sponge applicator and wipe the eyeshadow on it then drag the sponge along your eye and fill in the spot at the end of the eye where there is a cat tail. Be sure to apply several coats of that so removal wont be easy. Also have eye makeup remover in case you make a mistake when applying and you need to get rid of it.

p.s. have LOADS of Mascara on  but not so it clumps together
