  1. It depends on the type of phone you have. If it came with a CD, you will need to install it and that will probably show you how to do it.


  2. IT depends on ur phone.

    IF it had a Removeable memory card u can remove and download photo to phone, with the help of card reader.

    OR

    Other wise u need to insert CD which had came with it, install it and with the help of use code u can able 2 upload or download to phone.
