There are many sites where you can download houses. This website has a list under A-Z of sim sites. Some free, others not. Then you download it to your sims 2 file. http://www.ultimatesims.com/

Go to www.sims2.com,exchange, then lots. Find one you want click download this lot then when it asks where to put it you put in you sims 2 file under downloads. Hope this helps!
