How do I download a movie onto Windows Movie Maker?

Not a movie from a video camera. I mean a DVD or VHS

If it's a DVD, you can't - WMM doesn't support that video format.  You can use something like Super to convert to WMV though.  

If you want to use VHS you'll need to get it onto your PC using a converter like the Kworld DVD Maker USB.
