How do I download a photo from my album to my documents on my computer?

I am trying to how to download one of my album pictures to my documents and cannot figure it out. Could you please help me?

You have to get a scanner first to scan the picture to the computer, then you can designate the folder where to save  it. (i.e. My Documents)

Or if the picture is in a folder (album) on the computer already, just drag it over to the My Documents folder.
