How do I download & install the Arsenal Gadgets?

I want to know the steps and procedures to download and install the arsenal gadget for my home PC?

Visit: http://www.arsenal.com/assets/_files/documents/jul_08/gun__1217249100_arsenal.com.gadget.  On the "File Download" dialogue box, select OPEN or SAVE3. On the "Internet Explorer Security" dialogue box, select ALLOW 4. On the "Do you want to install this Gadget" dialogue box, select "INSTALL "The gadget should install and after a brief delay, populate with content.
