How do I download more RAM?

My computer is a bit slow, and apparently you can speed it up by downloading more RAM.

How do I do this?

You must physically install RAM. It can't be downloaded.

Crucial.com will let you know what kind you need and you can purchase some at newegg.com

RAM is hardware...not software. Buy a stick of ram from a computer shop/ a website.

Ram is hardware inside your computer you might have open slots to add ram go to   http://www.crucial.com/systemscanner/   it will tell you how much and how many slots you have open. Install 1 at a time to make sure it is good then put them all in.

RAM isn't something you download, it's a memory chip inside of your computer (RAM stands for Random Access Memory). It's use to store information that your processor needs to access constantly so it doesn't have to keep fetching it from your hard drive. The only way to add more RAM is to buy more and install it. It's really not that hard, but if you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself just take it to a computer store and have them do it for you.
