How do I download pictures from my LG Dare to my laptop?

I have tried plugging my Dare into a PC, and the PC sees the Dare, but does not expose a drive from the Dare that I can grab pictures from.

I tried to load USB drivers from the CD, but they seem to be related to the Dare as a modem, not as a removable drive.

I spoke to Verison 3 times yesterday, and they say the only way to get pictures off of it is to send them, either to another phone, or to their online photo album.  But all pictures are downsized to something like 512x384, which eliminates the benefit of a 3.1MP camera!

Anybody know how to get 3.1MP pictures off of the Dare?

It has USB so find a micro usb cable and plug it into your laptop.  It will show up like a hard drive. When it does, copy the files to your laptop.

You have to put your phone into mass media storage mode.  This link should help.  Make sure you have your install disk from verizon.  If not, you can get it from this site as well, just do a search.
