How do I download pictures from my Motorola RAZR to my computer? ?

I have a new Motorola RAZR (v3i?). It came with the mini USB cable. When I connect the cable and try to download it says "no devices found" on the phone. This is supposedly some Bluetooth connection. How do I get the connection to work so I can see the phone on my computer (like a drive) and download the pictures in the phone to the computer? Is there a software package I can buy/download that will allow the computer to be recognized by the phone or vice versa?

Try a different port/ drive...

try connecting via usb to the computer again and go to my computer there should be a new drive which is your razr
