How do I download pictures in text messages ?

I own an at&t tilt and use wifi for internet. I can't get pictures sent to my phone to download any suggestions

If you want to add a pic to a txt msg...you open the pic...options...send...add...from contacts...ok...then send.

If you want to save a pic that a friend sent you...you open the msg...options...save...ok.

You should have no problem receiving picture  (multi media) messages. But you have to receive and send through media net, not WiFi.  That will cost you a text message...
