How do I download these brushes?

These brushes, they just lead you to a picture. How do I make them a brush??

How did you find them? I think the site is just showing some of the brushes the person has made, not necessarily that they are downloadable. Photoshop brushes should be .abr files. I suppose if you wanted you could make them into brushes yourself, just save the images and then open them in Photoshop and go to Edit> Brush Preset (I think that's what it is, it may be New Brush Preset). You would have to select what you wanted to turn into a brush first.
