How do I dress up a 20cm manikin?

For a friends birthday I am giving her a manikin but currently its looking a bit boring. I want the present to be special but I don't know how to.

you could buy a really cheapo about to fall apart barbie thing for a few dollars  but that wouldnt be too special. or you could easily thread sum beads together and put it around the waist of the maniquin.
