  1. mastic will seal it

  2. You will either need to buy a hole cutting drill from Screwfix or borrow one with a suitable drill, make sure you get the correct size for the pipe.

Assuming you have the pipe you will need a coupling fitting which will s***w together from inside your pond with rubber washers into which the pipe will fit perhaps it wouild be better to speak to a local plumber who would probably fit this quickly

for you and save all the hassle

  3. Get an adjustable sized holesaw attatchment for your drill, and use silicone sealant on the washers where the fitting makes contact with the fibreglass.

  4. Purchase a bulk-head fitting with the size piping you will be using. Use a hole-saw to cut the hole. The bulk-head fitting has a rubber seal to prevent leaks.

  5. First go to a Plumbing supply store and buy a bung hole fitting, yes it's called a bung hole.they come in all sizes 1/2 or 3/4 inch will probable do. It should come as a self sealing fitting.then from it you can run your pipe.
