When I send and e-mail to the Group I would like to receive answers but not let the whole group see the answers. How do I set it up where they have to "reply to all" or send just to me?

  1. Since you are in a group setting, your answers will be displayed to the group. That's why it is a group so people can discuss all comments.  I'm not trying to be a smart aleck that really is the way it is set up.

If you have certain questions that you would like to receive private answers to, try posting a footnote or composing a signature something to the effect of "Please respond privately". If the members of the group honor your request, you're good to go but there is no guarentee that everyone in the group will honor this request.

    Good Luck!

  2. Depends what type of mail you are using.  Some mail (like Lotus Notes), has a "Prevent Reply All" button.  If you don't have that option, then just BCC everyone, so they can only reply to you. Hope that helps.
