How do I e-mail selected pages from Acrobat Pro?

Question

I have Acrobat Professional and I need to e-mail customers selected pages from catalogs. Sometimes I need to just e-mail one particular page.

Can someone help me do this please? If so, keep it simple as I'm just learning the program.

go to Document > Extract Pages

this will extract (copy) the selected pages to a new file.  Email the new file.
