How do I earn commision on web adverts that are on my site?

I have a successful travel website with quite good traffic figures. I want to capitalise on this by including third party adverts on the pages where I can earn some commision, but I dont know how to set this up or who to contact .... any ideas??

Check out Adbrite, Google Adsense, Project Wonderful, Federated Media, Blogads...

These are all ad serving companies that can sell your ad space for a commission.  You could also try selling the ad space yourself but it would be more work.
