I have been trying to loose weight. While I have been struggling with the diet aspect (some of my food options lately have not been healthy), I have been drinking only water (more than 64 oz. in a day), with the occasional glass of skim milk. I have been walking more, and playing the Wii (I run around and get into the games when playing).
I've noticed that I have a very small appetite. Is it from drinking so much water? (I used to drink almost no water and a lot of sugary soft drinks and Slurpees). I can eat a few bites out to eat and my stomach starts hurting-like I'm overstuffing myself.
I know I need to eat in order to keep my metabolism up, but I feel like I'm only hungry if I wait excessive amounts of time between meals. It only takes a small amount of food (as little as a bite or two) to make me feel completely full for a while.
