  1. If you work out buy:

Tuna in cans which are cheap. Eggs. Fat chichken but skin it it will take 10 ins but youllsave like 5 bcks.

If you dont care wha you eat:

Buy beans a massive ca, and noodles on salemix it with cheap chicken that you sinned for health, and youll eat for days.

Make sre you get all your food groups. Eat bananas and veggie packs on sale.

Drink water, milk, and make you own juice enless your lazy...

    Eat hard. Live Hard.

  2. Lettuce and vegetables cost the same or less than a burger. Also you can buy packages of 10 frozen chicken breast for about $10. You have many different options out there. When you do your grocery shopping try to stay on the outside isles of the store. You know the frozen section, fresh veggies section, meat section. Good luck.

  3. Beans and Rice!

I start every morning with one cup (dry) of a variety of beans (black, small red, great northern, baby lima, garbanzo, and pinto), and one half cup (dry) of enriched rice.

A twenty pound bag of rice costs between six and ten dollars, and beans are about a dollar a pound (if you don't buy them in bulk).
