Step on your phone

go to your phones contacts. click on their name and look for an options or edit button.

Go to the contact in address book and Edit the Number

BUT  This doesnt make sense.. unless you did try and send a correct message to the contact

Only 3 messages can be sent to a contact without a response... IF they respond to you on Yahoo messenger they they can get messages

It is probably not disabled You have that limit per contact

I would of thought (although it varies from phone to phone) that you go to your contacts list, find the number you're talking about. Go on options and scroll down untill you find edit details or number and you can change it from there.
