I have been using Gimp..... Should I use another photo editor to get a pic like this one??

  2. Try Photoshop CS3. It's affordable compared to all the other photo editor programs. My boyfriend is a video game programmer and photoshop wizard, and he SWEARS by this program! Enjoy!  =]
