Spaces are not allowed, but that is moot, because you cannot edit you domain name and keep your current web site account.  You can delete your account and then open another with a new domain name and transfer your web site to the new one.

Spaces are not allowed in domain names.  If you're linking to a page, you could have your text be the domain with spaces but the actual link (domain) cannot have spaces.

Nabos is correct about your Domain name and an added note is your Yahoo ID can only be an underscore, Sudol_Shallot, but your domain name can have dashes, Sudol-Shallot.  That is my business name and recognize that you will be saving alot, ALOT, of money by using Sitebuilder, given pagebuilder is free.  Make sure you burn your site to disk twice and, once your done making your site, you wont have as many problems.
