How do I edit my picture with this effect?

I do use photoshop and related programs but do not know how to add this effect to photos

can anyone help?

this seems to be a new effect because i am starting to see it now and is already popular on the internet

color tintor hue , 90* left?

Kodak.com  oe Eazy Viewer or photoshop will make any pic look like this.   get a program and play with all the buttons to see what each does.

That's not an easy thing to do.

1. Open the photo.

2. Create a purple to pink gradient on a new layer

3. Look through the blending modes.

4. Create a brightness/contrast adjustment layer between the layers.

5. lower the contrast slightly

6. Mess around to get the look right.

7. Find a scratchy texture from textureking.com and try differnt obacities and blending modes with it.

Pretty much, all i do to find the effects on photoshop is look through them and find it. There are that many its hard to explain like this...

YOu may have to use a few effects to get the image to look exactly like that.
