How do I edit photos when they have big squares thur out the whole picture?

When I download hem from my digital camera like are just fine and look sharp. but when I send them to my photobucket site they are fuzzy and instaed of being sharp and clear you can see squares all over them

The reason they are fuzzy is because you are using a low resolution image.  Try saving it out at full or half resolution.

On your camera you have an option on what size you want your pictures to be. You might have it on a small setting. The squares your talking about might be from your pictures being to small.
