How do I effectively get my sugar level reading down. It's now hovering at the 10 level!?

I exercise daily and watch my sugar intake in cakes and drinks - too casually though

  1. I'm not sure what you mean by the "10 level"-- if your blood sugar was 10 I'm pretty sure you'd be dead-- but you should definitely take insulin if your sugars are that high.


  2. Well your level 10 is the same as 180 for me. That is mmol/l versus mg/dl or Canada versus USA measures.

    Yes, 180 or 10 is a too high. Not knowing your routine, I would recommend more exercise and cut the cakes and drinks until your numbers drop. If there is no change there you have another problem this should take 4 or 5 days.
