  1. gather a group of friends and stand on sidewalks or businesses, shopping centers, etc. and make signs and fliers (stating how you feel, but try to make it creative). pass out the fliers to people passing by. approach them respectfully. that's as peaceful as it can be. good luck!

  2. Judging by your ridiculous grammar and inability to organize a thought, I doubt you are capable of organizing a peaceful protest. I also doubt you have your facts straight.

  3. Don't publicize it until you are completely ready or the power company will shut you down.  Two days before, tell the media.

But make sure you have a provocative theme with costumes so that the media will pay attention.

  4. Have yourself and your friends stand on the sidewalk with your signs.

And from your comments hope that no reporter feels like asking you any tough questions (such as: "How much will your proposed changes raise the price of electricity?")

  5. I'm not sure how much gas masks cost, so I don't want to suggest buying them if they're too expensive.  But they would be cool to use as props.  If it's a big a problem as you say it is, there should be a large number of people in your town who are willing to protest.  Tell your family and friends, put up flyers, go to large gatherings if there are any before next week, and see if people are interested.

Oh, and you might need signs.
