  2. Below I illustrate how to send a picture from your PC to your Motorola cell phone via email. This method is too widely unknown and I only just discovered how to do it through trial and error.

For the Motorola RAZR cell phone use this as your email address 2085451623@vzwpix.com. The numbers, of course, representing your cell phone number with the area code. Now attach any JPG picture with a 4:3, 5:4, or 22:23 aspect ratio. For all you that are PC savvy, that's probably all you need. But for those who are not, I will go on. If a picture has a 4:3 aspect ratio, that means that for every 4 pixels across, it is 3 pixels tall. Your standard TV has a 4:3 aspect ratio and has 640 horizontal pixels and 480 vertical. Another example of 4:3 is 800 pixels across, and 600 pixels tall. Notice when you reduce the fraction 800/600 it becomes 4/3, hence 4:3. 5:4 is a similar story, it is also wider than it is tall. An example would be 500 wide, 400 tall. 22:23 is taller than it is wide, just like your cell phone screen, which is what this type of picture is meant for. An example of 22:23 is 176 wide and 184 tall, which is exactly the size of the other wallpaper pictures preprogrammed into you cell phone. So before sending a picture to your phone, make sure it is one of these aspect ratios. If you want help navigating you phone call 1-888-453-1922. If you need help resizing your picture to the proper aspect ratio, please seek help from a computer-savvy friend.

I got this answer from the website below, however I was the one who posted up this answer to that site too. I'm just trying to get the word out.
