  1. Look them up in the phone book (Government) and call  them.

    They may not have a sense of humor If you miss the date of the summons.

  2. You inform them of your change of address the same way you inform everyone else who needs to know.

    You go to the snail mail postal office and fill out the change of address forms to arrange for any mail sent to your old address to be forwarded to the new address, and you create a notification sheet to be photocopied and sent various places

    it may give date of change

    it may give work contact info

    it may give e-mail address

    in some sendings you add some account # associated with that place

    you send a copy of this to everyone where you have an account, that sends you snail mail, to everyone in your address list, christmas list, every organization that has issued something you carry in your wallet, and important papers, like DMV, insurance, income tax authority

    you probably will forget some places
