How do I enable call forwarding on my Qwest landline for YouMail?

I want to enable call forwarding on my Qwest landline telephone. The *72 and #72 tricks do not work (I get a message saying my call cannot be completed as dialed). I want to do this in order to use YouMail's voicemail/ditchmail service on my landline (considering I get way too many wrong numbers and spammers despite being on the Do Not Call List). Can someone help me figure out how to enable call forwarding or find a way to get YouMail to work with my Qwest landline? Or is there another free service I can use to ditch unwanted callers?

yes...its *72, but you might dont have this paid feature...with Quest!!

try using *77 ACR see if that helps..
