How do I end my association with a yahoo group?

Question

All I get from my current yahoo group is spam mail about enlarging my p***s... I know of someone who had the same problem. He said they stopped pileing in immediantly after he ended his association.

In all honesty I should have asked this months ago as it's been going on for almost a year.

Simply tell me how to end my association with these dead ghost towns.

They should make this simpler...like a link on the groups page. "Want to end your membership?".

groups.yahoo.com click my groups

edit memberships

select the one you want to leave and click leave.

Check "leave group" and "save changes".

Go to the group's  site, click on edit membership along the top.  In the next window scroll down and tick leave group Click save changes and you should be out.  It may take a day to take effect
