How do I enlarge pictures that were scanned and then emailed to me?

I have saved these picrures in my files. I'm suppose to use them for clips in the video I'm working on but they appeared very small. Please help!

You can do it simply changing the size when youa re about to print those pictures or use a photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Elements, etc) you can get free trials on these at adobe.com

But whatever you do when you enlarge your scanned  pictures they'll look horrible beacause you'll be stretching them.
