How do I enrol to City and Islington? What do I need to bring? Help Please!?

I have to enrol on Wednesday and I don't know what to bring or what will happen. I want to know if I have to photocopy my results or do I give the one that my secondary school gave. Also EMA have not yet sent me my NOE. Can someone help me please.
