How do I erase the phrases that were search for?

Just highlight it and then hit backspace or the space bar.

to erase the whole site from the computer.....................go to control panel

internet options

then delet files

Or

go to tools in the bar above delete browsing history

yahoo toolbar is under "settings", "clear recent searches". IE7 is tools, internet options, under browsing history, click delete, then "delete forms" under delete data.

IE6 is tools, internet options, click "content tab",click "auto complete" then click "clear forms".
